Welcome to Just Fine Shipping. By using our website, services, or facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services. The term "Just Fine Shipping," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Just Fine Shipping. The term "you," "customer," or "client" refers to the user of our services.

Just Fine Shipping is a courier and logistics company incorporated in the United States, operating a warehouse facility in Florida, that provides shipping, warehousing, and logistics services.

MY ACCOUNT

If you use any of Just Fine Shipping's services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account number and password and restricting access to your computer. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Just Fine Shipping does not sell to or provide services for minors, and in the event that accounts are opened by minors, Just Fine Shipping reserves the right to cancel or permanently close them. Just Fine Shipping does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

Accessing, browsing, or using the Just Fine Shipping website or services implies your acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this agreement; please read them carefully.

REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION

To ensure the protection and security of our users, validating identification is a mandatory requirement when creating an account on our platform. This measure allows us to verify the authenticity of the information provided and ensures that the service is used only by duly authorized individuals. By accepting these terms, the user consents to the necessary identity verifications, which may include requesting additional documents to verify personal information and/or a photograph of their ID or identification document.

When you use our services, website, chat function, emails, messages through electronic platforms, WhatsApp, or SMS, you are communicating electronically with us at Just Fine Shipping.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you give your informed and explicit consent to receive from Just Fine Shipping:

FLORIDA WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING SERVICES

Just Fine Shipping operates a warehouse facility in Florida and provides comprehensive courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

Service Coverage and Limitations

Each tracking number represents an individual package ("Shipment"), even if the shipment includes multiple items and/or documents. Each individual piece of a multi-piece shipment will be treated as a separate shipment and will be charged according to Just Fine Shipping's service rates.

IMPORTANT: Just Fine Shipping reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of shipments if it is discovered that they have been opened, tampered with, or damaged prior to arrival at our facility.

Package Handling and Storage

Shipments may be held at our Florida warehouse for up to sixty (60) days due to, among other reasons, unpaid invoices, lack of payment, additional preparation for the shipping process, or receipt of shipments with errors in the recipient's name, address, and account number.

Just Fine Shipping reserves the right to destroy or dispose of, at its sole discretion, any shipment that has not been claimed or has been held for more than sixty (60) days at our Florida warehouse or at destination facilities.

COMPLIANCE AND SECURITY

Just Fine Shipping complies with all applicable laws of the United States of America and destination countries when providing services. To enable such compliance, you agree to:

  1. Provide Just Fine Shipping with legal and accurate information regarding your name, address, phone numbers, email, and payment information when necessary

  2. Authorize Just Fine Shipping to review and inspect all shipments, packages, and cargo

  3. Allow U.S. Customs and Border Protection to inspect and confiscate prohibited items

  4. Not ship restricted or prohibited items as determined by U.S. export restrictions and import regulations of destination countries

  5. Obtain and pay for any additional permits required by legislation for specific items

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Just Fine Shipping offers customers updated rates accessible by visiting our website. Just Fine Shipping reserves the right to modify its rates as necessary and without prior notice, in accordance with market conditions and supplier prices.

Just Fine Shipping is not responsible for additional charges made by any financial institution or payment platform chosen by the Customer to pay for services. This includes, but is not limited to, interest accrued on credit cards used for purchases where delivery exceeds the normal billing cycle.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

CRITICAL LIABILITY LIMITATIONS - READ CAREFULLY

Just Fine Shipping's liability for any lost, damaged, delayed, or destroyed shipment is strictly limited to the lesser of:

  1. The actual value of the shipment as declared by the customer (with proof of value), OR

  2. $100.00 USD maximum per shipment

COMPLETE EXCLUSIONS FROM LIABILITY

Just Fine Shipping is NOT liable for and will NOT provide compensation for:

  1. Lost packages where customer cannot provide proof of delivery to our Florida warehouse facility

  2. Packages damaged or lost after being delivered to the correct recipient address

  3. Delays in delivery due to weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, or force majeure events

  4. Packages containing prohibited, restricted, or illegal items

  5. Consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind

  6. Loss of profits, business opportunities, or special damages

  7. Packages valued over $100 unless additional insurance is purchased

  8. Damage to or loss of fragile items unless properly packaged and marked

  9. Perishable goods of any kind

  10. Currency, jewelry, precious metals, firearms, or other high-value items as specified in our restricted items list

JUST FINE SHIPPING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JUST FINE SHIPPING BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

FORCE MAJEURE

Just Fine Shipping shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Just Fine Shipping, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  1. Your use of our services

  2. Your violation of these terms

  3. Your shipment of prohibited, illegal, or misdeclared items

  4. Any false or misleading information you provide

  5. Your infringement of any third party's rights

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

Mandatory Arbitration

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION

By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to:

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Just Fine Shipping will not accept, transport, or be liable for the following items:

Customers who ship prohibited items do so at their own risk and may face criminal prosecution.

SERVICE SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Just Fine Shipping reserves the right to:

  1. Refuse any service or shipment at our sole discretion

  2. Cancel any account suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity

  3. Report suspicious activities to appropriate authorities

  4. Terminate services immediately without notice for violation of these terms

You may terminate your account at any time, but remain liable for all outstanding charges and fees.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may share your information with shipping partners, customs authorities, and law enforcement as required by law or necessary for service provision.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Just Fine Shipping are our exclusive property and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Just Fine Shipping reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Fine Shipping and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
